absolutely hands down the worst fast food restaurant! dark, deserted parking lot at night. the staff NEVER get your order right and acts as if the customers are annoying them by their presence. and when you spend $30 only to get home and discover you only got 1/2 of what you ordered, and 1/4 of what you got isn't even right, don't bother trying to call them, they don't answer the phone. more than likely because they already know, it's a complaining customer and they don't care...read full review
I only eat original chichen sandwiches from BK, so if you order one here, be sure to ask for fresh / GREEN lettuce.
Because the brown, yellow, and slimy lettuce they always use is pretty gross.
Still love the OCS, just not from here!
they charged me for two orders even though I only placed one. refused to refund me told me I had to wait to get a call from the district manager Pam and never heard from her. now i had to process a chargeback with my bank. it isnt hard to do the right thing and they could have refunded me for the order that I didnt purchase. ridiculous.
