We are a large family and have been loyal customers since Hibachi Express opened many years ago. We stopped in for dinner tonight( 8 of us including our 4 y/o granddaughter). We ordered dinner and drinks,( a water cup for our granddaughter because at 4 she wants her”own” cup! 😊) Filled the cup with water and added about 2 tablespoons of fruit punch basically for color so she would feel that she had the same as everyone else. Messed our order call to complain and she tried to say we got rude with them over the phone. The so call manager hung the phone up and when called back she said don’t come back her anymore. This place customer service suck. Don’t recommend this place at all.
