Saturday has the best tasting vegetarian ramen. The person on the register is always helpful and accommodating. It's located in a food hall (The Joinery) I visit by myself because I love their ramen. My husband doesn't like the food hall scene. It is a pleasant place where coworkers meet and eat. Everyone seems to enjoy it. It's a happy place.

Best Ramen in Polk County! I always get the Spicy ramen (extra noodles), and my wife gets Tonkatsu or Shoyu. It is part of the Joinery, which features several restaurants and a bar. Seating is available outdoors out front with views of Lake Mirror, out back with the train tracks, or indoors.

The bakana buns may be my new favorite thing.... vegetarian friendly, good flavors together, good texture (soft bao buns and crispy impossible patty) and good sauce. The prices are good and the boba has a good selection
