I tend to be a glass half full reviewer, meaning I look for the positives in any place I visit. I enjoy Chipotle as the food at all locations I've visited is consistently the same. I do love the nature that most of the offerings are unprocessed...maybe a little less salt would be nice. But Chipotle is an easy go to for a quick in the go "non fast food" option, leaves me feeling more health! Great location, food decent, staff not so friendly, but service still...

Been here a few times. Disappointing. The tables are rarely wiped down. This particular time, they were out of napkins, sour cream, and guacamole. Must have been a rough day for the girl behind the counter… not very happy to be there. Lettuce for the salads was browned. I feel bad for the people ordering online when they pick up their order and find it’s not what they asked for.

Update to review: I noticed the 'response from owner' was the same throughout the reviews, especially those that were low. The reply said to (basically) send details to their website contact--so I did. I await a reply and will update again once (and if) I receive one.
