We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. Our waitress, Lilly, was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also appreciated how the rest of the staff greeted us warmly as we walked through the restaurant. It’s little details like that that make a place feel extra welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, including the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. Anna Maria Oyster Bar now has four locations, and after this experience, I’d definitely visit again. “We generally don’t eat at Panera because some of the other locations have been less than impressive in the past. On a whim, we decided to give this location a try and it was the BEST decision my fiancé and I have made recently! This Panera location ROCKS! Every member of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their job. The food is insanely fresh, hot, and delicious, and they NEVER skimp on portions/ingredients! The menu items actually come out looking like they do in the advertisements - and they are loaded full of flavor. I recommend one of the new toasted baguette sandwiches; in particular, the Buffalo chicken is to die for! In addition to phenomenal food and service, the location is adorable and convenient; the outdoor seating is very cozy and inviting - you feel like you are eating in a garden. This is our new favorite casual dining spot to hit up at the UTC mall. Definitely check it out if you are in the area, you will certainly not regret it!“

Nevertheless, John runs this place as if it was a fancy restaurant. His attention to customer service, politeness, and professionalism is exemplary.
