Rude ppl that don't care about where they work. I asked if I could get something optional on my tacos and he made sure to tell me he only gets paid by the hour....dude, chill...

This is a late review. We arrived around 6pm on Friday August 30th. We were.not greeted when we walked in, but we were greeted with a young employees arm bleeding, not directly in the kitchen but she should have been in the back or bathroom. Chips and salsa is not included unless you drop 3.50$ for them. My taco were bland and no flavor but the presentation of them looked good. Wife’s burrito was just ok she said, and she’s a lot easier to please, so that’s not good. My Modelo beer was great though. My coworker mentioned this place highly. Well in my opinion I would not be going back here unless someone was willing to buy my meal and then I would show them my review.

Service was great! Food was ok. Disappointed in house tacos. Both shells fell apart from the meat juice. Shells also seemed under warmed cluster to crack. Felt like 100 degrees inside place making difficult to enjoy my meal. The fish taco was good and I did enjoy that. Not sure if I will be back.

Although the atmosphere and service were fine, the food was terrible. I ordered the nachos with shrimp. Firstly, the shrimp are not gulf shrimp they are tiny tiger shrimp - they were tasteless and hard and the the vein was still inside. I only can assume they had been sitting out, were very old or both and most likely came in frozen and already breaded. The nachos were dry, I asked for salsa there was maybe a dollop, tons of nachos but not enough of everything else and I wanted sautéed veggies but there weren’t any. Super disappointed.

While the food is great, I always have second thoughts about going since we always get a petite girl with short brown hair that has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. She is extremely rude to her coworkers, always on her phone, and instead of asking you what you want she stares into the distance fuming with anger. To top it off she likes to slap on the food like she is serving homeless pets for charity. She treats the elderly even worse. I suggest maybe new staff to elevate the experience?

This place is what happens when the employees are a bunch of young unsupervised kids who are more preoccupied with their own drama instead of doing their jobs.

It took over a minute before the empty rice container was replaced after one of the male employees asked one of his female coworkers. There was no one waiting in line nor were there orders to be made(why wasn’t an empty container of rice wasn’t replaced beforehand - especially during a lull between customers). After being asked to refill the rice, the employee decided to go around the counter and head to the soda fountain instead. This triggered several shared glances between both male employees.

When he asked the female employee (who now staunchly positioned herself at an empty register) to help, he was steadily ignored the first time before he asked again and she finally decided to move. It was astonishing to see someone so blatantly determined to avoid doing their job right in front of customers.

I had to repeat multiple times in a dead quiet store, what three toppings I wanted. It’s almost as if wearing earbuds can prevent an employee from correctly hearing a customers order.

As soon as the order was rung up and paid for, the girl left the register and didn’t provide the soft drink cup that came with the meal. We had to ask the male employee who first helped us when we came in.

The food was edible - nothing special that I would ever come back for though.
