Chilis food quality has been going downhill for a while now. Last night we ordered 2 ribeye meals, chips, and 2 desserts. The steak was extremely tough and 1/2 was fat. We ordered ribeyes but the meat looked like a cheap fatty New York strip. Ribeyes have marbled fat throughout the steak giving it flavor. This was a take out order, no mistakes, prompt service and very pleasant, great personality the girl who brought out my order. 5 stars
Good table service,good food. Frequently visitor at many locations Bartender rude and lazy.Very unfriendly.
