Subway's reward system is a scam. The subway I've been going to for 3 years, the owner personally froze my card and reported fraud because I started actually using the reward points I accrued. After 4 months of B.S. I'm finally told the Owner refuses to unfreeze my card and calls it fraud. And when I called to complain about the owner to Subways complaint line I was basically belittled by the person taking complaints.
