“The restaurant had much to offer. Hot food, Pattie’s ,deserts, fresh bread. The prices were beyond reasonable. Plates of lalo were 15, griot complete 15, Pattie’s 1.50 each, baguettes 1.50. The Pattie’s had many flavors chicken turkey fish beef . The restaurant was clean to smell. The food is delicate . Fresh. Not spoiled . Compared to surround restaurants I will travel here again.“

“The cookies are AMAZING! They have a good selection which changes weekly. The cookies come in large or small size. You choose them from the computer menu when you go in and pay. Then the person will bring your order to the counter for you. You can see them making the cookies. It looks bright and clean in the store. The cookies are all delicious. So far I have tried 8 different types. They are served warm and fresh. *These are not cheap cookies!!! They are pretty expensive. For the larger cookies you will pay around $17.00-20.00 for 4 of them. However, the quality is great. You could even give these as a gift. They come in a nice box.“

“I have been loving Annie's desserts since they were in the Boynton Beach Mall. I love their new little spot on Boynton Beach boulevard with the adorable steampunk theme. Every cake I've tried is scrumptious and their pies at Thanksgiving are a must. They've added donuts to the menu and they are phenomenal not to mention their banana bread! “We got a vegan red velvet cake from Ebony’s Vegan Bakery yesterday, and WOW! Not only was ordering very easy, it was delivered right on time, and it was absolutely delicious. The cake was super moist, rich in flavor, and you’d never guess it was vegan. ?

They were very apologetic and immediately stated that they would have the cookie for me the following day and I could pick it up free of charge. “Rose's Daughter is chef Suzanne Perrotto's restaurant in Pineapple Grove. Named in honor of her mother Linda Rose, it is an ode to her parents' restaurant, Sonny's Trattoria in New York. Rose's Daughter was featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: Triple D Nation. I have wanted to eat there for a long time but I am waiting for a special friend to join me which will hopefully be very soon.

In the meantime I was able to check out the The Pantry by Rose's Daughter which recently opened next door. Rose's Daughter doesn't open until 4 and The Pantry fills in that morning and afternoon niche when you are craving their baked from scratch breakfast and lunch, 8 AM to 3 PM.

The Pantry is narrow but there are a few tables out front if you need a place to eat. The two guys working the morning I came in couldn't have been nicer. The glass cases offer a tempting selection of sweet and savories that will have you drooling in anticipation. The Pantry's menu features muffins, biscuits, croissants, wraps, acai bowls, sausage rolls, avocado toast, focaccia, wraps, chicken salad, and a tuna melt along with fresh pressed juice and coffee. They are famous for their chocolate croissants and pop tarts. I decided on a cappuccino and the broccoli ham quiche which they warmed for me. It was absolutely the best quiche i have ever had. Served as a square, it was so rich and buttery and studded with the savory ham and delicious broccoli. It was the perfect compliment to the coffee. I wish I picked up some of the sweets but definitely next time. Rose's daughter has made her mark on the Delray Beach culinary scene and I can hardly wait for dinner next door.“

“La razón por la que escribo esto es porque espero que ninguna otra persona pase por la misma situación y para que los dueños reflexionen sobre el trato que le dan a sus clientes. Era clienta desde hace mas de 5 años, para mis eventos personales, baby showers, cumpleaños y tambien para la empresa donde trabajo, siempre que teniamos un evento ordenabamos los pasteles de esta panaderia, todo habia estado muy bien con sus pasteles, bellos y deliciosos, de hecho algunos de mis pasteles los encuentran publicados en su facebook. Yo viajaba 40 minutos hasta esta panaderia. Pero algo cambio con los dueños y su personal, las ultimas dos veces que he ordenado me han quedado mal. La primera vez que tuve un problema fue a la hora de recoger mi pastel, me lo entregaron sin caja para podermelo llevar a casa, no tenian una caja apta para mi pastel, me lo entregaron asi en las manos sin nada. Un empleado que se encontraba me ayudo regalandome una caja vieja de plastico y se disculparon, lo entendí. Pero esta semana ordene un pastel para mi jefa quien ha sido clienta de su panaderia por años tambien, me entregaron algo completamente diferente a lo que yo solicite, ademas se veia en mal forma y derritiendose. Le deje saber a la joven que me atendio que estaba mal mi pastel, a lo que ella respondio llamando de inmediato al dueño, quien solo le dijo "que lo disculpara y que si me lo queria llevar me lo llevara, si no, alguien mas se lo llevaria de cualquier forma". Me sorprendio su respuesta, no lo podia creer. Asi que yo misma le envie un mensaje al dueño solo para confirmar que efectivamente no estaban interesados en al menos ofrecer un descuento por el terrible error. El dueño por mensaje de texto me escribío lo siguiente "Disculpe no podemos hacer descuento ya le expliqué q el pastelero es el del problema pero creo que ya hoy fue su último día de trabajo". Es lo mas absurdo que he leído y escuchado de un negocio, si los empleados cometen un error en tu pedido, quien debe pagar entonces las consecuencias es el cliente. Me parece una falta de respeto y muy poco interes en sus clientes. Asi que si tienen un evento importante, les recomiendo no dejarlos en manos de esta panaderia, eran muy buenos en el pasado, ya no mas“

“This taco shop is authentic and delicious. They offer varieties of beef, chicken and pork on very fresh and homemade tacos. Two things to know. 1) They do not have beans of any kind…so this is not the place for you if you are vegetarian. 2) There is no where to sit indoors, so this place is best as a takeout situation.The salsa verde looks a bit odd but is the perfect spicy and delicious on the tacos.“

From the moment that I contacted Adina, she was very efficient in her communication and thorough with the details in helping me create the perfect cake for my celebration. I was beyond pleased with the results and the cake and cookies were fresh and delicious. I chose a butter vanilla and decadent chocolate cake combination and vanilla and chocolate buttercreams. The cake was moist and rich tasting but not overly sweet. The buttercream was light and also not too sweet and it had a beautiful ombre outer frosting with handmade flowers that looked lifelike. I would highly recommend Adina for any special occasion cakes as the final product is guaranteed to be fresh, tasty and beautifully decorated.
