“If you prefer NY style pizza look no further! I highly recommend the Badabing. Everything we've tried has been very good and the prices are extremely reasonable. Their delivery drivers are very prompt and on time, calling to make sure they find the correct apt. I appreciate that. The house salad is a huge portion! Enough to feed at least 2 ppl. “My first experience at this restaurant. The food didn't taste like most fast places. The food had flavor and the lemonade was some of the best I've had in a long time.The service was phenomenal! Greeted with a smile and even the cook came out and provided us with service. I don't live close to this location but will make it a point to stop by when I am on that side of town.“
“I love the gulf to bay location in Clearwater. The crew is amazing. They are always politely, helpful and friendly. I have a service animal and sometimes because I don't look like I need one...people give me a hard time or stare at me....They've never once made us feel unwelcome at all. I love their boneless chilli Tai wings and teriyaki boneless wings too. Honestly from the chessesteaks to fries...to wings...it's all AMAZING! “Well that was quick! I am leaving my honest experience below but I received a personal phone call from the manager less than an hour after posting this review. He apologized profusely and offered to buy my lunch tomorrow. He explained that my experience today was caused but a number of things that went wrong. It is clear that he intends to please his customers so I am updating my overall rating. I feel better about this place now than if I hadn't had the bad experience earlier today._______________My original post from earlier today..._________________I ordered online at 11:00 a.m. I arrived at 11:05 a.m. and saw that my order was number 1 on the monitor. A person who ordered in person after I arrived walked away with their order before me. At 11:12 a.m. the cook finally placed what turned out to my steak on the grill. She had been working on other orders in the meantime.When she finally handed me my order at 11:14 a.m. I asked her why she hadn't started my order until 12 minutes after I placed my order online she pointed to another employee and said "ask her". I said why should I ask her when you are the one who cooked my order? She completely ignored me and refused to respond.This is the fourth consecutive time that I place an order online at this (Countryside Mall) location before leaving my house and arrived at the restaurant to find that my order had not even been started. Why have online ordering if you aren't going to have the food prepared when the customer arrives.I have also had other problems at this location in the past. I have put up with it because the food is good.There is standalone Charley's four minutes from this location in the food court at Countryside mall. Even though it is farther from my home it will hopefully be less frustrating. The company shouldn't lose a customer just because the operator of this location is lousy.“
