0 chance of getting ahold of anyone when you have issues, phone number is just a redirect to some corporate office with a hour hold time. Useless company’s that do not care about their customers anymore.

I came back into chipotle after I had an unfortunate issue with my food, Mike, and Jessica immediately greeted me listening to my concerns and greatly resolved the situation,definitely will be returning, I loved there customer service

Wonderful place to dine. They are always well staffed and the staff moves quickly to fill the order. The food selections look appetizing and the beans are never dry without sauce. The beans always have sauce. The vinagrette is also never overly salty or sweet. Always just right. It also seems that the manager trains the staff very well as new hires seem to pick up the process and the pace quickly. (I visit frequently)

Love going into a place full of Gen Z it's never my fault workers. The black guy was nice and polite the rest have little to say nice things about. I'll let my son venture into this kindergarten class next time.
Place was filthy as usual. After standing in line with 10 other people for 15 minutes while not one order was completed we left.. with a few other patrons. The staff are unbelievably slow and obviously there is no management around that cared.

Stopped here around 2 pm on. Saturday afternoon. Family of 6, including 4 kids.
The kids all had a free lunch courtesy of reading books. i ordered a steak burrito and wife ordered chicken quesadilla. Both with fountain drink.
Food was good.
Bathrooms are one seaters and the water faucet was automatic, but actually ran longer than I would have used it if manual.
Carryout never disappoints.
