I can't understand how when your spending 20$ you start your order an nobody tells you that their out of cheese!! I mean to hear that they have cheese for online orders but none for take out makes little to no sense to me in my opinion maybe they should tell you before they start your order with a main ingredient not available. sad that a place i go to atleast once to twice a week this happens at guess I will have to drive an extra 10mins to a different location! Make sure to check if they have everything before ordering because you won't be told up front!

We were really excited about the new location opening around the corner from us. Upon entering you can tell the tables are not wiped between guests. The young lady that made our food plates was super friendly and very nice. The cashier looked like she hated being there. The food was not so great. Looks better in the commercial. The price for two people for two bowls and two drinks was $39. That's nuts!

Hadn’t been there in quite a while. Ordered a burrito. The rice was cold, the meat was cold. Price was listed as $11.10. Server asked if I wanted several items on it including guacamole which I said yes to. When I checked out they added 2.75 for the Guac bringing the total to $13.85 for one burrito. When I asked why the guac wasnt listed as extra on the price board where you order the food she said it was on the glass in front of the choices. It was in white print and barely visible. For that price I expected at least the food to be hot. Also had the carnitas bowl with same issues. Rice and meat barely warm. Again the guac was extra bringing the bill to $28.57 with tax. If you dont mind throwing your money away on food that sits out all day, is not kept hot and is way overpriced this is the place for you but not me.
This is a really solid Chipotle! I go here a lot because my friend leaves nearby and we never have to worry about it being good one day and bad the next it's just always good food and good service. I just went tonight and I had asked for a bit more extra rice and veggies since at first I think they were like almost out at the time so I didn't get very much initially, and they gave me the extra I asked for no charge and no passive aggressive attitude like most places do, which is why I wanted to leave a review! Also always super clean, and they get customers through the line and out the door really efficiently. Definitely best Chipotle in the area 🔥.
