Friendly service that went above and beyond for my daughter and delicious treats!
Placed a mobile order for $42. Store claimed to never got it and refused to give me my food or refund my money. Manager basically said it was my problem and was no help in getting this issue resolved. Been trying to get ahold of someone higher than the store manager to get my money back and it's been a fight. Will never be back to a Dairy Queen again. Plenty of other places that have better food and are willing to work with you to make problems right. Beyond frustrated.
I was under the impression you could meet the Queen at this establishment, but apparently I am a, "moron," as one of the employees stated. We argued for a moment and I challenged him to a medieval duel. He declined and asked me to leave. I threw an awesome crane kick karate combo just to see the look in his eyes. I love the blizzards, but the service could be better when dealing with royalty
