This morning I ordered a midnight coffee. It was cold and tasted old. Sadly, this is not the first time it’s happened. I have a hunch that since their midnight coffee isn’t as popular as their original, they don’t brew it fresh. Instead, warm up old coffee? Yuck! The staff remade it which was appreciated, then the girl shoved it at me and didn’t say anything (not appreciated). I’ve had similar experiences at the East Bay location as well. Starbucks here I come!
I normally do not post negative reviews, today I went through the drive through asked if they had any frappe or frozen iced coffee, the women over the microphone asked me to repeat myself said she could not hear me. I repeated myself…. She said we don’t have any frappes… I said frozen iced coffee.. she said I’m sorry we have frozen coffee’s not frozen iced coffee’s.. Probably the worst experience I have had at a dunkin donuts ever. Rude cashier, wrong order, and I only ordered coffee! When I spoke to the manager she proceeded to tell me she was short staffed. There were 2 of us in the store and maybe 3 or 4 cars at the drive through. Thankful there are other dunkin donuts in the immediate area.
