The food was good, but the guy working the counter had a language barrier, we had trouble communicating the order with him. My iced latte came out hot and when I asked for a cup of ice he took my cup and put 3 ice cubes in it. Couldn't understand what donuts I was asking for and pointing to and gave me another girls drink who happily switched with me and she got my kids drink.

Great festive ambiance including holiday decorated donuts. I ordered a green tea on the lobby. Because I was the only person in the lobby and no one was in the drive thru, I grabbed my tea. When I tried it in my car, it was black tea loaded with cream. I came back in and the person replaced my tea , but could use lesson in providing customer service with a positive approach
The place is clean and offers proprietary bagged coffee, travel cups, ornaments for take home....

Very festive decor in this coffee shop known for donuts. I ordered a green tea and received a black tea with cream. I was the only person here and no one was in drive thru. When I returned to the store, the person was not very pleasant and prepared my order as I originally ordered. \nI passed on the propriety packaged coffees, Dunkin drinking mugs , and darling dunk doggie delights that benefit the Dunkin charity. \nQuick service and my order was corrected!
