Giving the usual amount of fries but not even close to well done or crispy. Eaten in 5 Guys in many states, over the years. This $30 dollars was waste! Believe your staff should learn. How to take there time, with consideration for the customer and what the word “ consistency” means.

christian is a great employee my friends mom was struggling with a menu item and he was incredibly patient and even offered us free water cups because of a small wait. Big ups to him, made an insignificant trip for food into a positive experience ??
I love Five Guys and always tip for my to-go orders as the order is always correct, until it wasn't. I ordered cheese on my sandwich. I rarely get cheese, so I was looking forward to my cheesy veggie sandwich. When I got home, I noticed there was no cheese. I checked my receipt to make sure that's what I ordered. Cheese was listed. It's not worth driving back to the store. I doubt I'll tip anymore.
