Ordered 2 cheese burgers with little fries, well done. Was asked “extra crispy” confirmed. Got almost raw fries, in a single cup ONLY. Informed the staff, watched as they rushed. Giving the usual amount of fries but not even close to well done or crispy. Eaten in 5 Guys in many states, over the years. This $30 dollars was waste! Believe your staff should learn. How to take there time, with consideration for the customer and what the word “ consistency” means.
