This was our first time at Forchetta Itatlian Eatery and we will be back ... plus ... bring friends. What a totally enjoyable evening, ambiance, with courteous, friendly service by Austin (perfecto) and the meal! We chose the calamari to start (we're BIG calamari fans) and found it to be very tasty and crispy. This is Enrico, just came from Italy and did not think I would find good Italian food in Florida. I was really surprised when I walked into Forchetta Italian Eatery. From the glass of wine to the great Caprese salad with real Italian mozzarella that melted in your mouth with fresh beefsteak tomato. The Fettuccine Bolognese was all made fresh from scratch.
