This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The staff was very friendly, nice atmosphere and the food was excellent. If you like gnocchi, you will never find any lighter than what they serve. We will certainly be back and recommend it others.
This was our first time at Forchetta Itatlian Eatery and we will be back ... plus ... bring friends. What a totally enjoyable evening, ambiance, with courteous, friendly service by Austin (perfecto) and the meal! We chose the calamari to start (we're BIG calamari fans) and found it to be very tasty and crispy. (Note: commenting to the staff there on how much we enjoyed it, we were told HURRAH, the cooking oil is changed constantly, YES, oh-so important.) Our main courses...
Vincenzo was stellar! Such a homie. He hooked us up with the best food in town, helped us get to know the area, refilled our waters frequently and just overall showed exceptional customer service.
I highly recommend a riff on the classic penne vodka BY subbing the penne with gnnochi 🤌🤌. We’re going back tonight and can’t wait to try the wine sauces and steak
