Stellar, incredible, perfect. Indian Rocks Eats catered my wedding yesterday and I could not be more pleased. The food was divine (if you do nothing else in your life you MUST have their crab stuffed mushrooms, and I lost track of how many mini cubans my new husband ate). And don't even get me started on the decor, absolutely stunning, more than I could have dreamed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got so many compliments on the food!! The appetizers (grazing table) didn't even last until we arrived after taking pictures, and the carnitas buffet was outstanding. :) She even included a green salad for us, free.
And the best part?? Jamie personally packed "to-go" dinners for my new husband & I to snack on at the hotel after leaving the party.
