I learned of this wonderful place from a co worker. She gave me a sip and I was instantly hooked. I got the sour worm boosted tea and drank it around 9am. This tea is both beautiful and tasty. It reminds me of a blue raspberry snow cone. The energy boost around 11am was amazing. I went for a 30 min walk at 12:25pm and now at 3:25pm I feel great. The energy is steady. What a cute little place! I never even knew it existed until a friend met me for a shake after the gym. There was a variety of shakes, teas, cake pops and protein balls from which to choose. All had protein and were healthy so you get the good flavor and the fact that it will fill you up and you do not have to feel guilty! I had the caramel pretzel one and it was really good! We’re from Ohio and the Owner (I believe) challenged me to try new things, and boy was she right. Their Teas are amazing! We come to Indian Rocks Beach every year and this is our first year finding out about these clubs, and it’s safe to say that we will be coming back to Beach House Nutrition every year now! Thanks for the amazing service and teas!
