“Nice Subway located on West Bay in Largo.
Plenty of seating and the restaurant appeared very clean.
There was a problem with the computer there so systems were down for a few minutes but after 10 minutes we were able to order. We understand things happen !
All the Subway menus online showcase The Monster (A Cheesesteak sandwhich with crispy bacon and double Monterey Jack cheese) . We checked online before going there and the Monster was on their menu but after asking for that we were informed by the gentleman working the counter that they don't offer that samdwhich and he never heard of it. This has been a frequent occurrence at every Subway we have tried . Why list a meal with pictures but none of your restaurants serve it?

We ended up ordering 3 full size Cheesesteaks and an assortment of their cookies they had in their display case.
The sandwiches were all very good and the cookies were delicious.
I rated the service,food and atmosphere 5 stars but an overall 4 stars because of their online menu discrepancy.
We live a few blocks from this Subway and plan on going there more often.

“The owner is super nice and always seems to be helping her staff, especially when busy. I’ve been there now a couple of times. They’re very fast and efficient. Great service and food. Another location would not accept my coupon. I called the owner and she let me know I could come there and she was willing to honor the coupon unlike the SUBWAY® on Eastbay. I appreciate her, and know that not all franchises accept them.“
“I’ve been to this subway quite a few times and it is hands down by far the best Subway/sandwich shop I’ve ever been to. The owner is so cool and caring and even offered me some encouraging words when i was down one day. I highly recommend this location on East bay even if you have to drive a little further. Everything is always fresh and he makes great sandwiches and is just an awesome guy in general.“

“everything is amazing from the food to the customer service although i was met with a very rude employee named mya. she proceeded to give me very rude and sarcastic comments the whole time i was there as well as coming after my personal life and relationship. as a customer that made me extremely uncomfortable and somewhat threatened.
