“I had totally given up on subway until I found this location. Now on almost a daily basis I go out of my way and pass two other Subways to come to this location because the food is always so fresh and the people are so nice. I really really love how fresh the bread is every single time. I promise if more Subway restaurants we're like this Subway would be in a much better place as a whole. Keep up the good work ladies!“

“I came to this Subway location for lunch and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, Theanna greeted me with a warm smile and made my sandwich with such care and attention. She really made my day. Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever get a pub sub again after how great this was. Thanks to Theanna for turning a simple lunch into something unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back soon for another great meal.

This Subway branch is always clean, and the customer service is top-notch. The crew really goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed, and I always leave satisfied with my sandwich. It’s not easy to find places that provide such great service consistently, and I really appreciate that about this location.

It’s hands down one of my favorites due to its cleanliness and efficiency. Angella is always a pleasure. She’s quick, friendly, and makes the ordering process smooth and easy.

I did have a slight issue during a recent visit when Nassir seemed a bit slow in serving our group and wasn't the most friendly. He took his time cleaning up, and when he finally took our orders, there was some sarcasm in his tone. However, this is just a small bump in what is otherwise a fantastic location.

Overall, I’m giving this Subway 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement. The 24-hour availability, fresh toppings, and clean atmosphere are all huge positives, and I’ll definitely continue coming back for the great food and service. Keep up the good work!“

“For a subways the sandwiches were good. They should invest in actual nachos cheese for the nachos if they're gonna keep them around. Shredded cheese just makes it all stuck together.

“Although the workers are sometimes a bit slow moving, they do everything else very well. I prefer slow over messy by quite a bit. The workspace was very clean, no vegetables where mixed together like seen at every other Subway I have been to. The sandwich was also built nicely, not like most where they shove the meat into the crease causing you to only get a bite of meat or a bite of all veggies.“

“The guys in there were mad cool, they insisted on me customizing my sandwich when I just asked for a simple sandwich off the board. They said and I quote “no brother this sandwich is for you, you can pick what you’d like and we’ll make it for you brother!”

“They was a long line (due to the ARMY being in town for the BTS concerts) but they had 3 employees working they did a great job taking care of our everyoneas quickly and efficiently as possible. Clean and playing calm music at a low volume. Love that they did a great job juggling in-person and mobile app orders. I ordered an 6 in. all-american club on the app and didnt have to wait long. Also, they offered a 20% discount to ARMY with proof of your concert ticket.🫰🏼💜“

“I had a pleasant experience at this subway location, after being kicked out of the subway on Twiggs and Pierce for no apparent reason. Thank you to the young lady who made my sandwich, I hope the tip I left will help you out some(40% tip). Thank you for feeding me, I was at the courthouse all day and the subway by the courthouse wouldn't feed me, but all is well, hopefully that store on Twiggs can get their stuff together, yesterday I walked into the Twiggs location after court, and I stood there waiting for someone to come out of the back and after a few mins, I just left. “The girl was really friendly and helpful. We took six sandwiches and all of them taste perfect and looked delicious !!she said it was her shift changing after 12 am and she was making the sandwiches and re-stocking at the same time. She did a very good customer service in her rush time and waited for us with patience as our EBT was not working. The sandwiches and was really good and we got our cookies ! Well packed!! “I have to give a huge shoutout to Albi at this Subway. Every single time I come in, he absolutely nails my sandwich. He pays attention to what you ask for, doesn’t rush through it, and somehow makes everything taste better just by the way he puts it together.

On top of that, he’s always working hard. I’ve seen him juggling multiple orders, keeping the place clean, and still managing to greet people with a smile. His customer service is seriously top tier friendly, patient, and just easy to talk to. It’s rare to see someone consistently put in that much effort, especially in fast food.

Honestly, Subway is lucky to have him. I hope someone higher up realizes what a gem he is because he definitely deserves a raise! Employees like him are the reason people keep coming back!“

“I stopped eating subway for numerous reasons mostly the ingredients and certain facilities don’t have good energy, i was on a service job at this particular Walmart with this subway in store, MARCUS who is my server is amazing! “One of the options on campus with the best value. You can get a ham sandwich for $6 and $9 for a foot long. You can go to the location at the MSC, but if you have class in this area, this is the closest place.

About the restaurant itself: the decor is new and updated, and the service is fine. You can get as many toppings on your sandwich as possible at the listed price above. The sandwich itself is pretty good. It’s not the best, but it’s worth it for $9. Overall, would recommend.“

“We love this Subway! The workers are always friendly and the food is good.We came in today and there was a very angry Karen, screaming rudely at the worker and her own children. (Over nothing, I might add.) She also brought in her non-service dog. Despite that, the person working at the register was very polite and professional. “My family frequents this subway pretty often. I have had a few subs here, usually online pick up. The food is good. The only downside, is that there is only one person working, usually, and so I often have to wait for my sandwich to be made, even though I ordered ahead. But, the staff is friendly and they do load up your sandwich and makes it just as you request.“

“Very busy gas station with a Subway inside. My husband and I had a meatball sub last night. They were pretty good. The staff make a quick sandwhich yet they have taken the time to offer things to get customer loyalty on more than one occassion. Most places rarely act like anything more than a human conveyer belt making fast meals out of fast food choices! I think the last time I asked the order taker for BBQ sauce they looked confused at me then looked up at the menu behind them cause they didnt know how to ring it up to add it to my sandwhich. So I truly appreciate customer service and if they understand it's better to give an extra meatball here and there rather then throw 'em away my loyalty is won....good job Subway!“

“Subway used to be the spot to be. Man have times changed. Went on Wednesday to get the $6.99 meal deal small drink chips and the sandwich of the day chicken teriyaki on cheesey herb bread lightly toasted with provolone cheese spinach instead of lettuce. Cucumbers salt pepper oil and vinegar and some more sweet teriyaki sauce. One of my favorite sandwiches to eat from subway. They even have godfathers pizza they can make at a very reasonable price I might add. Place is very clean. Just never have any of the lemonades or teas available. Only soda. Plenty of seating parking is fair and easy to get into and out of. Staff is always a little on the unhappy side which I get it. It's the food industry but if you got customers walking in they want to be treated and not just treated like we are effecting your time to lean instead of preparing food. With a smile and not rolling your eyes at the register when we ask simple questions or concerns. Subway great store great location. Staff needs to be retrained but other than that deserves a 4-star.“

I’ve been to other Subway locations before, and honestly, they weren’t great. But this one really makes a difference. The service is awesome, the sandwiches are top-notch, and the staff is super friendly and polite. Plus, everything’s really clean.“
