The general manager gets combative with customers and already kicked out another customer in front of me while I was nothing but nice and simply asked for extra onions that I was willing to pay for or to be up charged for extra meat instead to cover her food cost. I would’ve gladly paid an extra two or three dollars for the sandwich and I explained that.

⭐ Disappointing Restroom Policy
I don’t normally leave negative reviews because I try to be very understanding, especially since I’ve worked in the food industry myself. I’ve never had an issue with the food at this Subway or with placing an order, and I occasionally stop here because I make deliveries in this plaza.

I had a very unprofessional and discriminatory experience at this location. After politely asking for an item to be removed from my sandwich due to freshness concerns, the server became hostile, yelled at me, and ordered me to leave the store. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

Subway is a clean restaurant with fresh food and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the eating area and food preparation space is impressive, along with the spotless bathroom. Many customers have noted that the location is very clean and that the service, as well as the food, is above delicious and awesome. However, there have been some concerns about service being inattentive at times. One employee, Darren, received praise for being wonderful, polite, and respectful while managing a busy environment. Unfortunately, there have also been negative experiences reported, particularly involving the manager, who was described as unhelpful during a complaint about an online order. Overall, Subway offers a pleasant atmosphere, delicious subs, and great customer service, though experiences may vary.
