Always a go to meal while on the run!!!
Love it
My first experience with Krystal, and it was lovely! I was greeted by Alarick in the register and he was so sweet. We got our food and sat. Restaurant was super clean and the staff was friendly. They checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was good. If i come to Tampa again, i will give em a visit again!

Krystal is a friendly restaurant known for its superb service and fantastic burgers. Despite issues like the air-conditioning being out, the staff is accommodating and willing to help, such as allowing early lunch orders. The cashier is bubbly and efficient, serving delicious spicy wings with perfect crispness. The hot and fresh burgers are a pleasant surprise for a first-time visitor. The inside of the restaurant may need some fixing, as it appears to be falling apart, and the cleanliness can be improved. Service can sometimes be slow, especially when the store is very hot and the menu board is not working. Overall, Krystal remains a popular spot for a satisfying meal, though some visitors have had less favorable experiences with food accuracy and the interior condition. Despite these issues, many still enjoy the burgers and the friendly staff.
