It’s 7:05 pm. I have ordered online for two subs with some instructions to place half chipotle and half sweet onion in both the subs. . When I went to store he has put sweet onion and chipotle on first sandwich and was ready to make second. I did remind him politely that there were instructions on the order. He became angry and cancelled my order.I asked him to refund my money. He said that I did not pay money to him and I should call customer service to get that refund.I...read full review

This place has the worst customer service, clearly the man working tonight 3/2/24 5:30pm hates his job. He has no idea how to make a salad, very little lettuce and one scoop of tuna (should be two). I have been ordering the same salad for years and have never experienced someone like this. Please- who ever owns this store- please, look at the reviews on all the platforms and properly train your staff on customer service and safe handling of food.
