Been going to this location for many years. Over the past year or more, there is never a manger onsite - unless it is one of the two very young men that happen to be the ones I have an issue with. I am not a germaphobe, however, when the person comes out from the back area and I ask them to please wash their hands, they should do it with no question. That is why the sink is there. They seem to think handling gloves that they put on with dirty hands is sufficient. The gloves are to protect my food from their hand germs, not to protect their hands from the food! Today, when he clearly was eating something and flicking his fingers as he walked out, I asked him to do so. I was told "that's what gloves are for". When I explained as I did above, he smirked and asked me "What am I supposed to do? Wash my hands every 30 seconds?" I simply said, "OK", gave a thumbs up and turned to walk away. To my back, he said, "So we're good?" This location is going to go belly up if they don't start managing it properly. Pretty disappointing because I used to love having lunch there.

This place has an issue with not rotating out or storing their lettuce properly. This is twice I've ordered a salad and the lettuce was wet, wilted and unappetizing.

Today I placed an order and my husband picked it up. As the person was making the order my husband corrected him that the cucumbers were on the wrong bread. The person proceeded to question my husband and make sure he understood he had the ticket with the order and was doing it correctly. Until in fact he realized he was not then corrected his error. My husband stopped and let the man make the sandwiches. Came home, left mine on my desk as I was working and realized he missed pickles and onions on his sandwich. He realized this afyer two bites and opened his sandwich to verify and yes it was missing. My husband usually could car less and I offered for him to take mine odd my sandwich but he said no, then called subway to ask what he should do and the person who answered said bring it in ans we will make you a new one. So he did. As my husband had his sandwich remade this employee sifted through his original sandwich as to verify there were no onions and pickles. He then made sure my husband understood he was a GM and this was the first time, first time, holding his finger up...... That he has made an error.
Unreal. Not a big deal about the sandwich but the way this person responded was extremely unprofessional, immature and unkind.
We don't care if your a GM, ganitor or royalty! Treat people with respect and kindness. Subway is great, there is a lady there in the morning who is amazing. This man gives this subway a horrible reputation.

I'd have to say after an 18-hour hard-working shift I'm feeling like the ..food too the service the atmosphere good and also of all the places that I get my subs from I definitely feel like I'm coming back here for my dinner thank you when I got my sub on September 9th on a Monday and it was 8:50 p.m. and I think the nice lady's name was Beverly... Thank you Beverly ???

Ordered steak & cheese ft long w/extra mayo, no toasted bread. Got cold steak & cheese, not cut in half, no extra mayo, maybe 2 tablespoons of meat. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Not ordering anything from this Subway again. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. The black guy making sandwiches had an attitude like he didn't want to be there. Too many times my order has NOT been right and management/owner doesn't give a damn.

Nobody was in the front and there were just some noises in the back. Had to wait almost 15 minutes for someone to even come out to help me
When to get two feet long sandwich #1 and #33. They're both steak sandwiches. The guy that took my order didn't even say hi. As he put the 2 sandwiches ready for the .vegetables,I noticed that 1 of them was chicken and the other one was steak. Told him that I had requested 2 steak sandwiches, then knowledge that and said ok. Then the other employee, a lady, asked him what was going on. So, I thought I could take that one too instead of them having to waste it. So,I told the guy that I would take that one, but I also wanted the other stake sandwich that I requested. The guy does not understood and when to the register to charge my order, so I told him that I still wanted the other steak sandwich and the lady got so mad that started telling me that I had to let them know all I wanted from the beginning because they were so busy. I tried to explain to her that her co-worker had screwed up my order to begin with, but she was still going, and the guy didn't even recognize that he screwed up. That lady is always making faces, a really bad attitude it doesn't say hello. It has a very, very poor or no customer service experience. The guy doesn't even talk, only an upset attitude. It definitely is not a place to go, at least not for customer service. They need better employees.

This sandwich I was served (Philly Cheesesteak) was the worst I have ever been served in my life!!! The woman was alone in the store, and clearly was primed to bite the head off anyone who entered her store!! If SUBWAY is planning on going out of business, they are off to a great start!!!!!
