I bought a Toucan's Sampler Pie - so good. It would have been better if the different pies were separated by papers to keep the flavors separate.

We tried several slices of their pies. Had them over a few days of course lol. We had the flourless torte which was amazing. Also the blueberry the key lime, peanut butter chocolate, and just the peanut butter. They were all great in different ways. I went in just wanting a piece of blueberry and key lime. Not one bad one. Our favorites were the torte,key lime, and blueberry.

Everyone's taste is different, yes! Five people here agree, this Key Lime Supreme Pie is NOT much lime flavor, not even a hint of the lite green color, more like a custard, but it was fresh. Surely, the actual "Florida Keys Finest" (box advertisement) has the real kick and color it is supposed to have!! Over-priced and bit disappointing! Esp. since Covid, we wish companies would STOP sacrificing flavor (quality and other issues in quantity) for cost! mc 5-3-2023

Great selection of great desserts. The key lime pie is so good. The best we have tasted on Indian Shores. Bought the chocolate chip cookies and they were very good. Their decorative tables are worth seeing. Fun place.

The Best Pie Ever of All Time!!Try them all they are wonderful. Take a whole pie. I did the rhubarb was my favorite. What! What is rhubarb? Whatever it is it's awesome. I had it with scoop of ice cream and a cup of coffee. My dogs love the peanut butter cookies they make for dogs.This is my second time and the next time I'm in Tampa I'm visiting again. We went to the pie factory on a whim. We are from out of town. We got a little bit of everything, because we were on vacation. We got a pie sampler, which had blueberry, peach, Sherry, and apple. All was very good. My wife liked the Keylime pie, Better than most you have out there! I try to piece of cheesecake as well, and while I got the plain cheesecake, and wish I'd gotten something like raspberry or strawberry, it was a huge piece, and was very solid. It definitely didn't seem like it came from a cheap mix. Recommended!

Tired decors. Staff who appear to know the products but not overly willing to share that knowledge until you ask numerous questions showing you will make a purchase. Purchased the pie sampler that includes their (self declared) famous key lime pie. So disappointing in flavor. As was the Oreo cookie and peanut butter pie. If you like fluffy textured pie you might love it.

Excellent selection and tasting pies. We're from Milwaukee and the last good pie store closed during Covid. So we have been looking for two years for a good piece of pie. The Pie Factory is the answer. I had the Cherry, my wife had Cheesecake. It is delicious!

I finally found a great local bakery. This place is the real deal. I am very picky about baked sweets and this place did not disappoint.I had their Apple Caramel Nut pie and it was soooo delicious. It was sweet but not too sweet; the apples were not mushy and had just the right amount of tartness; the crust was flaky and melted in my mouth; the nuts were chopped to just the right size to not distract from the rest; just the right amount of caramel accented all the other flavors.I can't wait to go back and try some of their other delights!The staff were very helpful and sweet too. I will feel good about giving this place my business.

Amazing pies!!! We had blueberry, pumpkin, chocolate cream and sugar free apple pies for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved them. Definitely ordering for Christmas.
Pies are mediocre at best. Paid $18 for 3 slices that tastes like the ones you get from the freezer. Son and I only took a few bites and the rest in the trash. Better off getting a pie at Publix.

We decided to try this 30 year old established local spot. Staff is helpful and friendly. We tried the 2 pieces of key lime supreme pie and the chocolate fudge peanut butter swirl pie. Both were good! All 3 pieces were $18. While we were there, people were constantly coming in. If you are in the area, you should really check this place out! They have a big selection of pies and cakes, by the slice or whole!

This place is a gem! It's a whole vibe and the pie is unmatched. Pretty sure it's made right in the back. The apple carmel nut is a must try. Really enjoyed talking to the owner about the 180 year old key lime recipe. My family enjoyed our experience here.

Holy moly, over and above expectations! Looking for some place that had coconut cream pie, this popped up on Google so we tracked it down and boy were we glad. Not only did they have several types of pie, the cookies we also got were probably the best I've ever had, better than Crumbl or any other bakery. The pie was wonderful and the meringue held up well in the fridge--I made that one slice last several days just to savor it. My only regret is that I didn't get the key lime as well!
