The Hot Honey Rub is the best!! Someone in my house orders from here at least once a week. The food is consistently excellent. The corn is fantastic. Service is great! Staff is friendly and efficient. Definitely my fav wing place.

We had a HUGE order... 400+ wings and fries. Everything was on time and correct! The staff helped me load it in the car also. Great experience!

I hate leaving a review but my God….. I will NEVER go back. My order was ice cold, My wings were filled halfway up with sauce, and the pieces of “boneless chicken” We’re just breading. (I did not eat the food I had to order Steak ‘n Shake instead) I hope you guys find better kitchen staff because this is not a good representation of how kitchens should preform. Now my dinner is ruined. Thanks Wing House

Thank God I never eat here. The service always shows why, I came to pick up an Uber order two other people came in around the same time as me to pick up an Uber order as well, it was just the three of us. One person got their order because they came there before me and the other person And the other guy got his food and I proceed to still wait for a small order for over 10 mins after waiting I noticed one of the workers start cleaning instead of making the order or handing it to me when it’s just sitting on the counter in the back, so I asked the girl who’s wiping down the counter in the front if the order was ready yet ? and she just straight up ignores me I asked her five times if the order was ready And she just looked at me and ignored me. I was most literally Infront of her so she saw me I asked so many times that the workers from the back noticed I was trying to talk to her and they came up and then they immediately gave me and handed me my order if the manager would like to contact me I have it on video.

I ordered in the store-very load music-total chaios-employees goofing around-got home and had the wrong order-right flavors -wrong kind of wings. Maybe if there wasn’t so much going on in there you would have gotten my order correct. Won’t be back!!

Waited 45 minutes for my preordered wings while at least 2-3 walk in get there's before mine and no sense of remorse or apology. No point ordering ahead of time when walk-in still gets priority.
The employees went above and beyond when it came to service and the girl working the cash register was so sweet

Employees are dick heads and always messing up my DoorDash orders and online orders definitely don’t recommend this location and won’t give name when asked saying they don’t feel comfortable giving there name

decided i’d give them another chance after waiting 40 mins in store for a PICKUP ORDER and then receiving the grossest borderline raw bone-in wings last time. this time ordered boneless but the two ranch cups i paid for did not come! how am i supposed to eat my wings. ruined my night

I submitted my order for pick up at 8:50pm, and the app said it would be 20-25 minutes to be ready, so I set my pick up time as 9:30pm. I arrived just before 9:30 and they said they just received my order. She made sure to check that I ordered a drink, but didn’t seem to care that they had blown by the ‘order ready’ time when they finally had it done.

Awful service and ridiculously long wait EVERY time. We’ve done 1 dine in & another online order & both were well near an hour wait for basic chicken wings, and one was just an 8 piece order. Terrible management and staff is non professional in their conversations with each other & with the customers. This was my last visit here, no more-
