First time trying after missing out all these years and was impressed to say the least. The wings where a good size and cooked perfect the lemon pepper and Cajun where both seasoned and perfect. The fries had a sweet seasoning that I never tried before which was surprising. Only issue is when you order arrive an hour later or you will be waiting for them to finish. A new fan.

I went to wingstop with my mom and as soon as we walked the employees were getting yelled at my an uber eats driver. He was very rude to them but they handled the situation very professionally, and continued to help those around him. We received great customer service and food from Izaya, Akeira, an Donovan. Great work to these three!!

I have to tell you. I normally love wing stop but this location is the absolute worst. Literally took over an hour to get my food. After waiting an hour I asked how long on my food. They told me another 20 minutes. I’m almost positive they didn’t even start my order until I asked how long. There were two people at the front guy and a girl and all they did was talk to eachother and stare at all the customers waiting. This place is such a joke. Will never be back to this location.

Came in about 3 hours before closing and all chairs were on top of tables so me and my friends put them down to sit and eat together, a women comes out and yells at us for taking the chairs down because they had cleaned them but ended up just saying whatever it’s fine, food takes a while to come out but we all end up finally getting it and when leaving a man says aren’t you going to put the chairs up because my friend said she would just so the women wouldn’t be mad about us sitting anymore. But as someone who works in customer service it is only normal for a business to clean tables once others have sat there so why would one put the chairs back up. The women joined in and yelled saying how we said we would and continued to argue, i ended up calling the general manager and she was respectful and apologized they were closing an hour early but there was no sign or indication of that so miscommunication was there, all to say employees need to have instructions on customer service and when the proper time to start closing and cleaning is but general manager seems to understand that they did not fulfill well service for our night.
This was the worst wing stop I have ever visited. When they finally managed to get our order which took 43 minutes and half of the order was cold,snd the fries were heavily over salted. Staff are poorly trained and maybe should look for some other type of employment or get some proper management in there to run it right. Over all a very poorly managed fast food restaurant,sorry I should have gone to 5 guys right next door and never darkened the door of wing stop.

I’m torn. On one hand, this Wingstop is more consistently fast than most that I have been to, but on the other hand it has by far the worst fries. The fries are much thicker and less crispy than any other Wingstop that I have seen. Idk if they have a different potato slicer but it is a bummer

First, the food itself was good. but, for the fourth time in a row, this place has shorted our order by forgetting almost 40 percent of the $130 order we placed. And, for the 4th rime, I paid Door Dash for delivery and had to drive to the store anyway to retrieve missing items!!!! We will never order from here again. the manager didn't even try to atone for this terrible pattern of incompetence! we are done! don't waste your money or time here!
