Delicious food. Great service. I had the hu tieu kho which is the version that’s served dry and with a small bowl of the soup on the side. You don’t find it served at all the Vietnamese restaurants and it’s nice to have as I like hu tieu noodles but don’t want too much soup for a meal like lunch.

Loved the atmosphere. The sever was very attentive to table and needs. The food was delicious and flavor filled. The veggies in the dishes were crisp and fresh, additional sides provided to add/complement the soup. Had Phoa 20 and the number 34. I definitely recommend trying this location.

I came here because of a video from a content creator, the food was good but after eating I had the worst headache. Please limit the amount of sodium yall use. You can hurt someone.

Had to check out Noodle House Vietnamese Restaurant. I ordered the chicken vermicelli and beef pho — presentation was nice, everything tasted fresh, and the flavors definitely hit. The pho broth was rich and comforting, while the vermicelli was light but still packed with flavor. Solid spot if you’re looking for fresh Vietnamese food in the area.

My favorite PHO! We happily drive over 30
Minutes to come eat here, instead of popping
in to our local viet spots. The grilled pork, the bon bo hue, the spring rolls, the salad all delicious, but the star of the menu is the pho! It is so properly made. Today, after coming here for more than 10 years (even celebrated a BIG 0 birthday here) I had to ask, how long do they cook the broth for. The verdict, minimum 16 hours… with the depth of flavor, and proper texture, yea, we can tell

Best Pho Dac Biet ever. I especially like the Pho Dac Biet. Their Wont Ton soup is unusual but great. The Com Tam are so generous that I usually eat only half and take the other half home for a delicious dinner.
They also have a specialized vegetarian menu.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here warrants an honest account for anyone considering a visit.
The pho — ostensibly the centerpiece of any Vietnamese restaurant — was deeply underwhelming. The broth lacked the aromatic depth and layered flavor that defines a well-crafted bowl, and the accompaniments were equally lacking. Rather than a proper plate of fresh Asian basil with stems, we received a sparse scattering of torn leaves from what appeared to be an assortment of plants. It was a careless presentation of what should be a simple standard.
On the beverage side, the restaurant does not offer fountain service. Canned sodas are available at upwards of $4 each — a notable markup that feels out of step with the overall value. Unlimited ice tea is provided (at cost), which is appreciated, though it does little to offset the pricing elsewhere.
The most alarming moment of the meal came when a cockroach landed on our table. Whether it entered from outside or originated elsewhere is unknown, but given that we were seated well away from the entrance, the incident raised genuine concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen.
For the price point, both the portion size and quality fall noticeably short of what comparable — and frankly superior — establishments offer.
If you're seeking authentic, well-executed pho, I'd strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. This visit gave us no reason to return.

Noodle House Vietnamese Restaurant in Lauderdale Lakes is truly a hidden gem and easily our go-to spot for Vietnamese food in the Fort Lauderdale area. We’ve been coming here many times over the years and the food is always incredible. The pho broth is rich and aromatic, the vermicelli bowls are fresh and perfectly balanced, and everything on the menu tastes authentic and thoughtfully prepared. It’s one of those places where you can order almost anything and know it’s going to be delicious.

The only thing we wish was different is the location. The quality of the food honestly deserves to be in a more vibrant dining area like downtown Fort Lauderdale or Oakland Park because it could easily stand among the best restaurants there. Especially during dinner time, the surrounding area doesn’t quite match how amazing the food is—but it’s absolutely still worth the trip every time.
