Had a great experience because the employee was super nice and made my ice coffee exactly how I like it. The bracelets he had on were sparkling like new gold and I wanted to compliment him but he was in the middle of taking another order. Any way I enjoy seeing him because his personality is so cool.

There is no attendant at the window for several minutes had to leave the line and come back after a flag data manager outside

REPOST: Came back, drive thru. Same woman from last time who was poor attitude is still showing signs of non pleasantry. She also, messed up my order causing me to come in and didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in.
She should not be able rep for you, at least not at the window. I observed her being rude to other clients...

Really just wanted to take the time to say thank you to AJ, he knows me by name now since I’m always there grabbing my mobile order every morning never missing a beat and he is always in great spirits no matter how the day is going. Thanks for being awesome !
