Food is Decent (Oxtail could be softer), and that's about it, very depressing workers, and the biggest thing is the wait time for the food. If you walk in, prepare to wait a VERY long time, and I do mean along time, not because the food is over the top good, but because the workers are SLOW, they move at snail pace, almost like they don't want to be there, not friendly folks, and it just seems like morale is down. I I recommend the fried chicken nice and moist yes the service wasn't all that good but what do you expect they just want too go home as long as the food is good for what I pay for I could careless
I ordered the oxtail, beans and rice, along with the cabbage and plantains. I ate that cabbage before I knew it. The oxtails were tender and flavorful. Very good

The Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurant offers a taste of Jamaica in South Florida. The food is always good, fresh, and fabulous. The one and only Jamaican restaurant some eat from, the food is the same day in and day out. The best jerk chicken ever tasted. The portions are great, and customer service is great. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing. One visit was a complete waste of time and money, with burnt meat. Another order of a large fry chicken with oxtail gravy was old, re-fried dry and disgusting, with very little gravy for over $17. The stew pork on Thursday also disappointed. While many recommend the restaurant, quality control has been questioned.
