I called 30 minutes before closing to ask if they had a certain meal. 9:54pm to be exact. Because I didn’t want to drive over there if the item was gone. And Instead of answering a very simple yes or no, I was purposely left on hold for 25 minutes. I say purposely, because the gentleman at the window didn’t deny it when I brought it up. We ate inside instead of just driving through. The table and floor were not cleaned well. Most people don't eat inside but it should be clean just in case patrons choose to eat at the restaurant.

Customer service is bad. no one greet you pleasant with a smile when you enter the store. Especially when you get to the front of the cash register to order they look at you with an unpleasant face with all the wrong approaches attitude on there face. Like your there and it's burden them to provide the best customer service possible. These front staff need to be trained properly.
