Pine Island road location!!!!!!
Felt very discriminated against. Racist. Poor attitude. VERY Unprofessional.. Poor customer service. Lack humanity. Very rude. Poor representation of this franchise. I am very sad that people still act this way towards others. Very disappointed. YOU MUST DO BETTER.
First and foremost, I’d like to say that I have never had an issue with the quality of the food you’re restaurant serves. My issue has always been with the staff members and there nasty attitudes at the Donna’a in Pembroke Pines. Today, although I’ve had other bad experiences in the past I decided to visit and place an order to go during my lunch break. Based on the reviews, Marthabrae Jamaican Restaurant offers an authentic Jamaican experience with delicious food and a great vibe. The music and food provide a touch of Jamaica. The employees are friendly and provide top notch customer service. The restaurant is always kept clean. The food is always delicious and presentable, with specific mentions of the jerk chicken lunch special with oxtail gravy, brown stew fish, curry chicken, and oxtail. The weekend brunch is missed by some. However, some reviews note a difference from past years, mentioning that the oxtail is now expensive with only 7 pieces of meat and a small amount of rice, and that the service has fallen off. Despite this, many customers have been buying meals there for over 20 years and always stop by when in town. The all you can eat on Sunday is also a highlight. Overall, it is a favorite place to eat for authentic Jamaican food.
