“I'm picky about my fried shrimp and it was excellent. The slaw, potato salad, and half and half tea were good also. Beautiful day to sit outside and have some lunch for a reasonable price. Christine waited on me and she was the best.“

“My first visit only earned 3 stars. I ordered the Italian sausage sandwich. I did not add peppers. It was a grilled sausage on a bun. No condiments. I added mustard. The sandwich was VERY dry. I normally love Italian sausage, but this had little flavor and no juice. My next visit, I ordered the Italian Beef with hot peppers and gravy on the side. The beef is juicy and has a light flavor. The peppers - WOW!!! They make the sandwich. And I could not get enough of the gravy! So on visit #3, I ordered the Italian Beef with spicy peppers DIPPED - easily the most awesome sandwiches I have ever had. It is very messy. I will never order anything else! I will probably never know how the hot dogs are. My husband likes the dogs as well as the beef - not dipped, but he loves the chocolate cake!“
