“After visiting Portillo's in Chicago many times I was excited to learn that there is one much closer to us. Finally got to try them yesterday and they did not disappoint! Great food and fast and friendly service! Now only 2 hours away instead of 7. Hope to have many more trips across the border!“

“Let me start of by saying that the customer service here is amazing, Sergio was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful for sure 5 star customer service, I hope management recognizes the value he brings to there business. Now to the food 🤤🤤, the variety of dogs are great, I had the Chicago Dog & Chili Dog with tater tops and it was tasty. My friend had the Colombian Dog and loved it. Sergio also sold us on a milk shake 🤤🤤🤤 perfectly done, we will for sure be coming back to this location. Thank you Sergio. #Sergio2024“

“Visited this place last week. It was recommended to me because of the hot dogs. We were served by a man who took our order, he was super kind and friendly to us. My dog was divine. My friends eating hamburger and they loved it too. The prices are super good.
I recommend it. The only detail is that they don't have tables. I hope they can solve it.“

“Tried Wayback Burgers and was seriously impressed. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can tell care goes into what they make. What really stood out, though, was the staff. The chefs were kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. Great food and great people is a winning combination. “I’ve been wanting to try this place out for awhile and i’m glad that I finally tried it. I got the cinnamon churro mochinut with no sugar cinnamon drizzle and it was so nice! I thought it was going to be more chewy like a pan de bono (Colombian cheese bread) but I’m so happy with how it tasted, it was light and yummy! 10/10
My husband and I tried the half & half potato dog and blue taki dog, my potato one exceeded my expectations, Im definitely coming back here but next time i’m going to get a full cheese one. 10/10 Chefs kiss!“

“I love portillos. Been going for over 10 years in Chicago. But at this specific location (not even the Kissimmee location) there’s a woman who seems to be hell bent on correcting everyone that everything is ala cart. I’ve never heard this before at any locations across Chicago or at the Kissimmee one. If you tell her “I want a #2” or if I want the two Chicago dog MEAL, she will adamantly only give you the hot dog with no fries or drink. If you say “to drink I want the…” she will say, “oh ok, you want a drink?” And when you say “yes, I used the English word called “meal.” She will adamantly insist that meals don’t exist at portillos. This is the only location in America I’ve heard this. If I go inside to order, the person inside will know what a meal is and give me that. She’s the only person who won’t lol. It’s annoying.“
