I love portillos. Been going for over 10 years in Chicago. But at this specific location (not even the Kissimmee location) there’s a woman who seems to be hell bent on correcting everyone that everything is ala cart. I’ve never heard this before at any locations across Chicago or at the Kissimmee one. If you tell her “I want a #2” or if I want the two Chicago dog MEAL, she will adamantly only give you the hot dog with no fries or drink. If you say “to drink I want the…”...read full review
Love this place; we order 1-2 times a month from the Waterford location. Service is exceptional, food is spot on, and portions are good. Just some good old Chicago food. The Beefs are top-notch, the Dogs are great, even the burgers...
Great hotdogs and I don't care for them...pretty quick as well.
