Orders are frequently incorrect, missing utensils, and staff a generally unapologetic. It's a shame, because the food is good.
The drive-thru service was good overall, and I particularly appreciated the friendly and personable interaction from the staff after I placed my order. One employee made a kind comment referring to a customer by name, even though that name did not appear on my receipt, was not the ordering patron who placed the order or was on the receipt (& my party didn’t even appear to use the Wendy’s rewards app, platform, or account setup), & the leader of the group who was ordering...read full review
Taco Bell was so bad yesterday I figured I’d try Wendy’s which is right next store.
Not only was the place clean the staff friendly but I received my food within 35 seconds or ordering. The manager was on her A game with her team.
They had a line out the drive through and a line inside yet the food was fast fresh and served with a smile. Highly recommend

Wendy's offers fresh and hot food, with good service from friendly staff, especially at night. The store is now clean and well-managed with a new General Manager. However, some experiences may vary, as one customer had a bad experience with a rude cashier, stale fries, and incorrect order. Overall, the restaurant can be a positive place when everything runs smoothly.
