where do they find these managers? the manager totally ignores the 20 cars in line in the Drive-Thru. too busy training somebody when they should be working and getting their customers through the line. don't they train these managers or are they just alcoholics and addicts managing this place. maybe they should pay somebody a decent wage and they will get a qualified manager. if you've got something to do go to McDonald's so you don't waste 30 minutes in line at Burger King
We have at least once a week Online orders not getting thru to them . Staff so Rude and make you drive back home to get receipt , even though you have Credit card that u paid with , BK Is Disgusting after spending Thousands over the years and wont give out Head Office number . Staff wont give names . One manager gave 2 different names saw him twice in person . Oh Forgot after spending 10 mins or more ordered an addition and was left on counter while the other order sorted . Online...read full review
😕😕poor service ,can't get an order right , food is cold dried out , have to check everything out before you leave the pick-up window because it'll be wrong .
