The coffee was fantastic. They need more workers behind the bar. There was a long line and the wait was long.
I made the mistake of stepping into this franchise to pick up several items before I headed to the airport. One of the items, never made it into my bag, and one of the other items was expired by 6 days and was inedible. Judging from their social media platform, they have invested a lot of time money and energy into PR versus customer service and making sure their products not only make it into their bag but are not expired.
