Hungry Howie's Pizza & Subs

The worst injustice a restaurant can do is block a delivery driver just because they feel like it. I had to drive 21 miles for only $2.50 during my first trial week with the DoorDash app. The customer, who was either drunk or high and didn’t even have a bank account, paid me with a bill that was way too large. I couldn’t send $5 back through Apple Pay, Zelle, or any other way. It wasn’t until my daughter got in touch with them that I finally managed to send it. Since then, I’ve never received an order from that pizzeria.

The service and atmosphere provided by the polite staff is incredible. The customer service skills provided by Lamar and Lindsay Its excellent. I definitely enjoy coming here to pick up my pizza because of the outstanding service. The young men Lamar as management skills.

Picked up an online order and when I got home the order was incorrect. I called the resteraunt and the manager told me that he would take my name and I could come back another day and he would replace it. I went back the next day to replace it. I was told that It was not noted anywhere and that they wouldn't replace it. I asked for the manager's name that I spoke with the night that I ordered the pizza. They refused to give his name nor did I get the managers name that was on duty the second time. I was told that if they gave me the pizza that they would have to replace everyone's order that called and complained. I was also told that the manager probably forgot to note it on the computer and that I was just out a pizza. I was told she was not going to argue with me and hung up on me. Im sad to say that they have lost a weekly and long time customer over a 7.99 pizza. Pizza Hut will be my new go to for our weekly pizza order.

Was good at first, then over time the service has slowed down. Use to take 30 minutes to arrival, now it takes almost 50! After calling, they gave an excuse, oh we are in training. Im sorry, that is not an excuse. An online order specifically states what was ordered and if you can't deliver on what was clearly ordered, then that employee(s) should not be working on any orders. This is what I am upset about, I paid 74 dollars and some change for 2 salads and a large veggie pizza with stuffed crust which includes a 20 dollar tips because, I live 10 miles out. Why would anyone pay 74 dollars for having 2 salads delivered. Get with the program people.

Don’t get pizza here unless you want to be verbally assaulted by the manager! The people working front of house have never been an issue but that manager is something else! Do better. Don’t be so rude. When asked for her name she refused so I have no way of identifying her. Why make such a big deal out of someone asking for a refund? Literally had to call corporate to get our refund but we did in fact receive a refund. We’ve gotten food here for the past 5 years and never had a problem like this. Never again.

Lindsey is amazing 10/10 she is so sweet and kind never had an issue with ordering or customer service every thing is clean and well taken care of Lindsey is an amazing asset to this company!

The customer service and the food was so great, the environment felt lovely to be around. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants some good pizza and a place to hangout with good vibes to come here.

This is hands down the absolute worst pizza I've ever attempted to eat in my life. I will never call that place again hungry Howie's is absolutely disgusting Little Caesars $5 hot and ready blows your guys out of the water and that's trash Pizza. But you can't even stand next to Little Caesars that's got to be embarrassing to you guys. Hungry Howie's do better.
