After 2 hours of Marcos delaying our order they cancelled our order without even speaking to us. NEVER AGAIN will we use Marcos.

I placed a delivery order. My order was incorrect and it looked like the pizza was thrown in the box not even cut correctly. This is very disheartening due to Marcos being out preferred choice of pizza but this makes us rethink other possibilities.

The website states that they close at 11pm, I placed my order at 9:36 pm online for delivery, my receipt stated I would have my order at 10:06, when the order didn't show, I proceeded to call with no answer. The following day i call and was told that they close at 10, order was canceled with no call or anything. I was told my money would be credited back. Ok. So then I say let me place an order now to be delivered, I asked if I could get the same special from the night before which was a bogo. I was told no bc it was only for Tuesdays.. now at that point I'm done. I was willing to pay for the new order but at minimum Marcos should have honored the deal that I previously requested. Not a good look Marcos

Customer service is great! We love the food as well.
The service at this location is trash. Pizzas are great, which is why they got two stars. The last order I received they sent the completely wrong Beverage that I ordered rather than call me and ask if there was another one I would like they just made the assumption and gave me something else, pure laziness! I understand when you run out of something but taking the decision away from me is unacceptable and then to not give me a refund for the item is Just plain terrible service. I wouldn’t be quit to give a negative review over a drink, but I’ve had issues with this location before like a three hour delivery time. My advice is just choose another location or a different pizza option altogether
