My husband and I ordered two pizzas on 9/14 around 10 pm. We ate two slices and were very sick thirty minutes later. My stomach hurt so bad I couldn’t sleep, we felt sick for three days. I called on 9/15 and spoke with shift manager Adrian. He said I would receive a call from his GM Teresa, since it was regarding food poisoning. I never received a follow up phone call. I think the meat on the pizza was bad. They don’t even care about their customers well being. We will never ever eat at this Pizza Hut again! The worst customer service! Ordered the Big Box. Both pizzas had a sour taste to them. Thought it was just me but wife could also taste it. Threw the pizzas away. Called the store. Still waiting for my refund credit back to my card.

Tried the New Yorker pizza after a several year hiatus on getting Pizza Hut. Absolutely horrendous and an insult to NY style pizza. What a gut bomb. The sauce is way too sweet, the crust is cardboard. Do yourself a favor and get Fishhawk Pizza instead.
So, last night my wife placed an order for a large cheese pizza to be picked up by us. We were told fifteen minutes. We probably got there a bit earlier. Walked in, told the guy at the front we had ordered a pizza. Gave the name but the pizza was no where to be found. He apologized, and told me that he will throw a medium pizza for the trouble. Just give me ten-twelve minutes. I said I didn't need need a medium pizza that it was ok. I went out and sat in my car. A few minutes later an employee came out with a plastic bag. I lowered the window and asked what that was. He said it is your order. I said no, and walked into the place. The guy at the counter asked what's the issue? That, and the fact that I had been waiting for about fifteen minutes didn't sat well with me. I said, you owe me a cheese pizza. He actually reached behind him, grabbed the same plastic bag and tried handling to me. I looked at him and told him that wasn't my order . He asked for the name again, turned around and after looking into the orders. Pulled a box with a cheese pizza inside and my name on it. Not impressed with the service from this guy. Not at all.
