Lost a customer for life and I plan to tell this story to my community which is right down the street.
LONG story short. The GENERAL MANAGER who is supposed to be the person who handles customers concerns/complaints, approached my car shaking. When I asked him if he was ok, he started screaming at me to “lose my attitude”. This was seriously the very first thing out of my mouth. We had no attitude at all with any of the staff. But no one could seem to answer my question so it was offered to speak to the GM to see if I could have my question answered. Which is, “why is your app turned off at 11pm if your store does not close until 11:30”. When I screamed at me to lose my attitude, my husband clapped back, “do not yell at my wife”. The manager told us to leave the property or he was calling the police. I wish I had filmed this. I can not stress enough that there was no other altercation. This guys came out completely unhinged, shaking and threatening us and I never even got to ask the simple question. The interaction left us confused, scared for our own safety, and wanting to warn others about this “experience” and to stress to never go there. I did ask for his name, he never gave it, just kept screaming he was going to call the police. We left the property and called corporate immediately. We have not heard back from them yet.

This place is the WORST. Don't go here. Let it close permanently.The workers here haveno clue how to put food in a bag. You'll he waiting 20 minutes with no one ahead of you only to get the wrong food. And when you do get the right food another 10 minutes later, it will suck. This place is so filthy on the exterior, one can only imagine how disgusting it is inside. The only upside to this is not having to rely on imagination because I'm reporting them to the county for potential health code violations. The snarky bad real estate agent that manages it hates our community and kids. Why would anyone ever hire her?

This was not even close to the best location I've been to. They overly salted the fries and tots. The kids didn't even eat them The tenders were over cooked. Took the staff a long time to bring the food out when there was only one of person there. Skip this location.

Never even got to order. Saw 3-4 employees hanging out outside so i asked and they said they were open to i pull around the the drive through and never get service for over 10 minutes so i left. My advice get a new staff that are just there for the paycheck they half a** more work done than the current staff.
Sat there for over 15 minutes pushing the red button and nothing, no one, so I just went up the road half a mile to McDonald's , the food may be good or maybe not, I know the service is non existing. Sometimes making a hamburger and french fries is just too tough.. maybe a different location with better management can offer better results. This one you should just pass... The people of this area deserve better, swing and a miss at this location. And every employee child there should be embarrassed.
