Starbucks Coffee Shop

Frankie and the rest of the team at this location are so wonderful! They provide the atmosphere of a small town coffee shop, albeit it’s a chain. Every morning when I walk in at least one person says, “good morning, Janelle!” and keeps me coming back! Thank y’all for always slinging perfect drinks with a smile, see ya tomorrow! Haha

Placed a mobile order today and it was ready super fast! Customer service at this Starbucks is always great! Inside is nice, clean, and presentable. They get the orders right and if you get it for here, you can get refills now! Also so happy the cream is out of customers to put in themselves. Not complaints!

Just order me a peach refresher with lavender foam and they gladly done it for me this is so good and the colors are pretty

We consistently order the dark chocolate perfect bars at every Starbucks we go to and this location will say they have them in stock but then give us the peanut butter flavor without saying anything. Not sure how we could be any clearer when ordering or why it’s only this location that does it but it’s happened over 3 times now. Just a shame as it seems a simple and clear order.

The staff here are just absolutely amazing. I frequent this location and have never had a bad experience and, unlike Dunkin, the drinks are always consistently perfect.
Sometimes when they have a moment they even write a cute little note. 10/10

“What food item can I get started for you today?” Has to be the most annoying introduction.

I’ve not ordered food on several occasions because of this “sales approach“. I’ve never had this introduction done at any other Starbucks.

Manager: stop making your employees say that stupid introduction, it does not make anyone want to buy food. It does the complete opposite.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a few years - even though the noise-level there is horrible - because the employees were friendly, they worked hard, and they rarely made a mistake with my orders. However, during the last couple of months (post-Milton), the staff have been unwelcoming, slow, and prone to making mistakes. I’ll give this place one more chance, maybe in a couple of months.

I’m so bummed, I am a huge Starbucks girly, I spend hundreds here a month. (Yikes I know) I have always been on a first name basis with my Starbucks crew. My Portland crew was amazing, we even exchanged birthday gifts yearly, and the white city staff here in the rouge valley is incredible. I recently moved to an area where this location is the closest, and man it’s like night and day, the morning crew is not very friendly, and I have tried doing mobile order several days and it’s actually never been ready when I come in, and there’s maybe one customer even in the store when I get there. Anyway, just disappointing.
