Starbucks Coffee Shop

I’m so bummed, I am a huge Starbucks girly, I spend hundreds here a month. (Yikes I know) I have always been on a first name basis with my Starbucks crew. My Portland crew was amazing, we even exchanged birthday gifts yearly, and the white city staff here in the rouge valley is incredible. I recently moved to an area where this location is the closest, and man it’s like night and day, the morning crew is not very friendly, and I have tried doing mobile order several days and it’s actually never been ready when I come in, and there’s maybe one customer even in the store when I get there. Anyway, just disappointing.

Clean bathroom

Asked for a hot quad caramel macchiato and received hot milk. Tasted horrible. They were out of sleeves for the hot coffee and the employee was confused when I asked for an empty cup to put my burning hot cup. Would’ve liked to at least received my extra shot of expresso since I paid for it.

Slowest drive thru ever!! Drink is melted by the time we get to the window. Mobile orders are out of control and slow this location down to a sloth pace. Over it! Staff appropriately!!

Friendly and helpful staff. There's a drive thru window and ample parking. Lots of space inside the store - kids studying after school. Several tables outside for you and your pets to enjoy a pup cup!

We stop at this Starbucks several times a week and the staff is consistently so professional and welcoming. Kingsley is friendly without fail and stands out as a star employee! All employees make the morning coffee experience enjoyable. Great job!!!

Someone working at this store, (I think their name is Julian), was very nice to me. They recognized me from the day before and talked nicely to me. I made a mobile order through the app and was picking it up. They complimented me on my name and I was so happy. I am transgender and I was holding back the urge to say "I picked it out myself" hahaha. Anyway I felt very happy. That was the first time I actually used my new name in public. Julian didn't have to compliment me, but they did. I would definitely come to this store again. Thanks Julian!

Your best bet is the drive through or mobile order as those are priority over anything else. God forbid you go inside. You'll have to wait darn near five minutes to order then another 10 just to get your drink. Save your money.

Bad day at the office today for the three hardworking staff members left to fend off several hundred people. Order took 40mins to collect after ordering inside. Often understaffed and swarmed with high schoolers nursing a drink for 2hrs. Staff are great! They just need more of them and to have a better seating strategy!
