When I think in hamburgers, I think about Wayback. The juicy and flavorful patties are the best. I wish they could offer gluten free buns.

Stopped by here on the way home, and was pleasantly surprised. Everything from the burgers, fries, and milkshakes were perfect. You can tell the staff really care about their customers. Working in the restaurant business can be draining and tiring. Always great to see a place that still values quality of service AND food. 10/10 recommend!

Quite a letdown. Burgers looked great on the menu but just lacked any flavor. E en my kids who just got the basic classic burgers thought they lacked flavor. I got the steakhouse and was quite disappointed. The burger patties were dry and tasteless. The little bit of "steakhouse" topping that was put on the burger couldn't even save this. Food sat for quite a bit of time waiting for fries. Even weirder was that the fries tasted old....only thing worthwhile was the milkshakes. 6 ppl and quite a bit over $100 makes this one costly and disappointing meal. I'm pretty sure we won't be back.Quick tip - hotter grill and season the patties will go a long way.

Best burger spot in Lithia/fishhawk area. I had the cheesesteak sandwich, and it was yummy!!! I'm never getting a burger from any fast food spot again.

We came in for our first time today and it was a great experience! The food was great. Everything was clean. Jay took great care of us, made sure our allergy kiddo was safe, and even stopped by for a good chat! We will definitely be back! Oh, and kids eat free on Tuesdays ;)Vegetarian options: Veggie Burger availableDietary restrictions: The company provides an allergen list online, but the staff was very caring and helpful!Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available. Kids eat free on Tuesdays. Awesome milkshakes!

The food is fresh and hot, but so bland, to me some seasoning needs to be added. This is a nice place.

It's a fast casual burger franchise that sits at the very end of the Publix shopping plaza on FishHawk Crossing Blvd. It looks nice from the outside, and has outdoor seating. My first impression walking into the restaurant was that it seemed dark, and a little dank as well. The window shades were down because the sun always shines heavily from that side of the building. Something was off with the ventilation. It just reminded me of a greasy spoon diner. Nothing too terrible, but just not what I expected. The atmosphere could be better if it was brighter. Let's just say that nothing really sparkles. The service was very good. I was greeted right away. I selected the Classic Wayback Burger lunch special, and made the burger a double. It was actually a very good deal which includes fries and a drink. They bring out the order to your table once it is ready. The packaging and presentation was very good. The fries were crispy, and the burger was fresh and made to order. I thought the burger was juicy, and the cheese was nice and melty. What I didn't love was the potato bun. I just don't like them. I know others like them because it soaks up the drippings from the burger. I do like a good greasy burger, but the bun just didn't do it for me. Also, the bun tasted a little fermented, and not in a sourdough kind of way. I guess it's the type of bun that threw me off.I've thought about going back to try the Cheeeesy Burger. It's the one that has 4 slices of melted cheese, and it's served on a buttered and grilled bun that is inverted. It looks really good in pictures, but I just can't get past that bun. They also have seasonal shakes that look amazing. I may go back to try the pistachio shake. It's worth a try if you just happen to be in the area.
