Went through after me and the kids seen Christmas lights and we live over a hour away, stop to grab a bite on the way home and I ordered the #5 grilled. Well I took two bites and realized it was raw 😡 🤢 so went back through drive thru and the lady was rude and never once apologized and replaced my chicken with a burger. They could have been nice and not rude I’m sure if they got their food raw they would b mad as heck I wasn’t rude to them but again never once an apology...read full review

Based on the reviews, Wendy's has locations with both great and poor experiences. At some locations, customers received great service and greetings from friendly and helpful staff like Shawn and Ashlyshawnquett. The restaurant was clean with nice seating areas, and the food was great. The 2024 frosty pass for under $4 was a real motivator, and the frosty(s) were perfect and flavorful. However, at another location, signs were put up right in front of the menu board. The food took a solid 10 minutes to get. A double stack had cold cheese and meat, and another double stack was still pink. The service was good, but the Baconator was fair and pink on the inside, and the coke had an unusual taste.
