This is how I expect my baconator fries at every Wendy's
The customer service was great on 6/21/26 on dinner shift and they are all amazing but it was to hot in the lobby and I was sweating trying to eat my food
Again stopped at Wendy's, this location was in Live Oak, FL. Great service and greetings from Ashlyshawnquett. She was friendly and very helpful during the ordering process.

Based on the reviews, Wendy's has locations with both great and poor experiences. At some locations, customers received great service and greetings from friendly and helpful staff like Shawn and Ashlyshawnquett. The restaurant was clean with nice seating areas, and the food was great. The 2024 frosty pass for under $4 was a real motivator, and the frosty(s) were perfect and flavorful. However, at another location, signs were put up right in front of the menu board. The food took a solid 10 minutes to get. A double stack had cold cheese and meat, and another double stack was still pink. The service was good, but the Baconator was fair and pink on the inside, and the coke had an unusual taste.
