This the third time I've went into this McDonald's and they have held my food from me after paying and the large black lady manager (wore a red shirt on 8/11/2025) ignores me on purpose and is the one who held my door dash order for 15 minutes about 4 months ago. Idk why she does this. Service was terrible and the food was stale.

Ordered through the app to pick up curbside. No rain but waited more than 15 minutes in my car for a HAPPY MEAL that still came out cold and incorrect. I had to still get out to go back in because my order was correct.What was the point of ordering and paying ahead to have the worst service and food!!!! My daughter didn't even eat the cold burger so a waste of it all!
