The manager with the little ponytails all over his head and the gold rim glasses is so Damm Rude..He has no patience at all, when you wants to tell him something about their order he gets pissed off, that is no way to treat anyone especially a paying customer!!!The food was hard old and cold and way over cooked you could tell it had been sitting under the light all day and when he handed it to the girl in the window, he threw it down on the counter..He had her so scared to say anything, we just left..I will never come back to this popeyes...So everyone if you go there be prepared for rude customer no service!!!!!!!

we have placed a very large order for our family of nine twice now and both times this McDonald's has got the order wrong somehow. they're constantly forgetting my child's drink and this past order they even forgot their toys in the Happy meals. my husband went back up to the McDonald's to tell them that they forgot the drinks and the toys this time and the shift manager proceeded to argue with my husband and say that she's the one that personally put it in the kids Happy meals herself. my husband proceeded to tell him that she didn't and that the kids were disappointed that they didn't get their new toy she continued to argue so he just said forget it and walked out. now I have six disappointed kids because they didn't get a toy or drink with their Happy meal. whatever happened to the customers always right?

Tonight Approximately 2025hrs i orderd #4c Deluxe Crispy Chicken at Lockhart Fl 32810.(#7599 ) I got home open my Meal, I notice chicken was burnt and had no cheese so im very disappointed cause i really enjoyed this sandwich when i ate it last week in Apopka fl. So i didnt want to drive back so i took a bite in my chicken sandwich and it was so hard like they fried it few times . So called my friend in Atlanta thats a Store manager at Mcdonalds and she said just call ask for Manager on duty and they will credit you meal. So i called and Employee pickup and said McDonald's how can i help u. I said hello can i speak to Manager. Employee stated she was the manager. I ask can you state your name so i know who im speaking to. She stated what exactly what you need Sir. i said i need to know who im speaking to if your the manager so i can file complaint. Then She hung up and i called back she hungup on me again. So now im pissed!!!
i jump in car drove my tired butt 20min to McDonald's and ask another employee outside drive thru her name and he stated Manager on Duty is Shayla. And i drove off.... Will post my pics

4 of us decided to stop in to try their latest chicken sandwich. We ordered the chicken sandwich with the Mayo sauce and the one with the spicy Cajun sauce. Good portion of chicken that was tender and juicy. Sorry Chick-fil-a the decision was unanimous Popeyes sandwich wins hands down. I ordered 2 more sandwiches to go. The Mac and cheese was a winner and I enjoyed the spicy fries.Staff was friendly and service was quick. The young fellow that took our order brought the extra order to our table and then opened the door for us as we left. Our new place for a chicken sandwich. Great experience
