The chart house did not disappoint on my birthday again this year. It is the best place to celebrate a special occasion - the view, the food, and the staff are the best!

Everything was excellent. It started with our being delayed in traffic enough that we were not able to make our 4:45 reservation. My wife called the restaurant, and the receptionist was very understanding and accommodating. We arrived about 20 minutes late and were immediately seated. Our server was Sadie, and she was very friendly and efficient. Everything we asked for was provided promptly. Our meal was very well prepared and tasted great. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and everyone we came in contact with at the restaurant went out of their way to acknowledge it. A great experience.

I was disappointed. The food was okay. I have a serious allergy, and I told the waitress about it, and she assured me that she would make absolutely sure that that ingredient was not included in my meal. But that ingredient was very obviously included in my meal. I sent the plate back. My husband finished his whole dinner before I was served. All in all, a very poor experience.

Normally we have a great experience at Chart House but this time was different. We had to wait forever for our food from the opening salads and bread to the main course and dessert. We weren't happy this time at all. I have a bad back so sitting all that time took a toll and my husband's salad had so many onions that it made him sick. I don't believe our wait was the fault of our server. She was good but I don't think they were prepared for the banquet that was there plus a full restaurant.

Very long wait even with a reservation. Entree came while still eating appetizers. Front desk woman looked like she belonged in a tiki bar not a place like chart house.
Great food. Awesome Salad Bar! Steak was very undercooked. Ordered well - waiter called it rare after sent back twice

Thank you for such a wonderful birthday dinner … they even put the birthday girls names on the menu ! Attention to detail is amazing .. our service was wonderful and the food even better ! Impressed the 11 year old !

I was completely disappointed in today’s experience. We came in early to have a cocktail and watched the sunset before we got a table for dinner. When asked the hostess said there’s no room but you can walk out there and try. We did sit at the couches and waited 15 min as the waitress came in and out several times and looked at us. I finally went up to her and she gave me an attitude and said we don’t wait on this section. Why couldn’t you tell me that the first five times you looked at me sitting there. We left and definitely decided not to have dinner there. Service is terrible use to be so much better and attentive to all guests. Will not be back!

5 start atmosphere. our server, Alyssa (spelling?) was too busy talking with a single woman at a nearby table to check on our order. my medium well filet was not ordered by her( she brought out a LG knife in advance). she did not notice until after the other 4 at our table were eating... too busy talking with that other person. she ordered it and 25 minutes later ( after everyone else was done)a very well done , burned piece of steak that was cut in half to cook faster came out. Terrible taste and texture, not like the other steaks at our table. the check came and added an extra salad bar($27) and $5 for a plain baked potato that she said was no charge instead of the mashed potatoes... she corrected the overage. if she would have paid attention to serving and not chatting with someone it would been much better. we were planning on going there in 2 weeks with a group of 10.. I canceled those plans, we are going somewhere else!!
