The Chart House on LBK is always a wonderful experience! We celebrated Thanksgiving here, and the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent.

Don't serve a 9 oz filet mignon if you are serving the tail piece, the stringy pieces trying to make up a 9 oz. Filet. That is not a thick round filet. --Especially at $70. And the lobster tail for an additional $25 was 100% salt taste, couldn't taste lobster not even with butter. Very disappointed with meal.

My husband and I enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at chart house. Was a great experience, even though there were several people there it still felt very private. The server couldn't have been any kinder and him more helpful. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and made the holiday very special. Thank you so much.

Loved our lunch. Preston was a fabulous waiter. Kudos to him. Wish you had French dressing on the salad bar! The lobster bisque was the best we ever had.....excellent!

The chart house is elegant with some delicious choices. Filet mignon is always so tender, just make sure you order more rare so it's not dry. The appetizer mussels were puny and too salty. We passed on the salad bar, on a Sunday night it didn't have anything exciting that was worth it. If you like chocolate, order the lava cake early, it's baked just for you. Don't come at 8:00, everyone seemed like they wanted to go home, snatching the bread and dinner plate when you put your fork down, even while everyone else is still eating. Nobody wanted dessert as the carpets are being cleaned right next to you, so come at 6 if you want a better experience!

Arrived 20 min early-hostess was not pleasant in accommodating until table ready. When seated first thing noticed was all tablecloths were extremely wrinkled, and for a higher end restaurant unacceptable and made us wonder why reviews were so good. Bathrooms dirty and they had only been open for a little over an hour. First impressions are at best were poor. Our waiter was very good and food average, nothing to get excited about. Would not recommend.

We went for happy hour in the bar area. Good choices on food options, beer, cocktails and wine. the service and atmosphere were excellent.
Another fabulous meal and good time at the Chart House. Our server David is awesome as always. He is the BEST, accommodating, professional a friendly. The food is great as usual and their salad bar is spectacular!

Oddly we came to the Chart House for Prime Rib, we were told yours was one of the best near our resort. The server misled us on the difference between the 3 sizes so my husband's serving, the middle size, was pathetic and it was tough. The meat was about 1/2 inch on one side and 1/4 inch on the other. Not nearly the 1 inch he told us it would be. Our server was pleasant but when we voiced our disappointment he did nothing and did not offer to replace or compensate us. My Tuna was ok but also tough on the outside. We live in an ocean community in the US mid-Atlantic; I know tuna, this was frozen. We will not return.

We had a wonderful 75th birthday dinner for my husband watching the dolphins in the bay. Spectacular setting and good food. Jason did a great job

We celebrated our 59th Anniversary at Charthouse in the dining room. The hostess, Pamela was very pleasant in greeting us and giving us a waterview table! Our waitress, Jennifer was fantastic, taking time to talk with us about our anniversary. Then brought us a special slice of ice cream cake with candle and a special card signed by the staff. It was a very special evening and we highly recommend Charthouse in LBK TABLE 73/1
