Everything was excellent. It started with our being delayed in traffic enough that we were not able to make our 4:45 reservation. Normally we have a great experience at Chart House but this time was different. We had to wait forever for our food from the opening salads and bread to the main course and dessert. We weren't happy this time at all. I have a bad back so sitting all that time took a toll and my husband's salad had so many onions that it made him sick. I don't believe our wait was the fault of our server. She was good but I don't think they were prepared for the banquet that...
Thank you for such a wonderful birthday dinner … they even put the birthday girls names on the menu ! Attention to detail is amazing .. our service was wonderful and the food even better ! Impressed the 11 year old !
