Don’t make this mistake on your vacation!!!!!! Go to every other place in the area before this spot. This place is brutal. What I thought was bad service was delivered from the generalManager who is a middle school educated princess that lacks customer service in every aspect. TERRIBLE from all aspects.

Husband got the grouper special. Was very good. I had ordered a pizza since they have a pizza oven there by the bar. It looked and tasted like a frozen cardboard pizza. Don’t know why they wouldn’t be serving fresh pizza here but stay away from ordering the pizza as it doesn’t look or taste appealing.

The service is good, the ambiance is fine but all the food tastes like frozen tv dinners. The pizza has no crust. Tastes like a frozen pizza from the frozen food aisle. We have never, honestly, had worse food. We thought we would give it a second try once we heard new management and it was STILL the worse food. Our friends veal chop looked like it had a fake bone. It was a 350 dollar dinner and we almost didn’t want to pay. THAT BAD. Don’t waste your money! Pricy too! We thought we had entered the twilight zone when we saw people eating in there.

The food was delicious, however the parking lot was closed and I wasn't told when I made my reservation. We ended up having to park a half mile away and waiting for a shuttle. Not much fun. Hopefully you will resolve this issue quickly.

Who would've known that you could have terrific Italian food on Longboat Key? We had an awesome server, Lisa. The bread basket was perfect. The Caesar salad was awesome with fresh anchovies. I had eggplant parmesan that was simply perfect. I tried the bolognese, which was spot on. By far, the best was the lemon semifreddo dessert with lemon curd. Holy smokes!
