We have been coming to the tavern for years! We were with a group of 6 with a 3 yr old! My grandson’s hotdog was burnt, my husbands streak was well done (he ordered medium rare) , 2nd one wasn’t much better! Emily was very helpful and great! We were a little disappointed because we brought friends who were never at the tavern before!

Not sure why this review page has only spam posters but here is an actual review. Everyone at this resort was amazing EXCEPT the front desk staff the day of our check in. They are the first impression and they left a bad one from the time we walked in the front doors. BUT...luckily the rest of the resort staff made up for their lack of caring at the front desk. We had a great stay...we just avoided any further interaction with the front desk after we checked in.

Very welcoming staff, excellent menu and the food was perfect. We had an infant in tow and the restaurant made great accommodations to ensure we had a convenient table to attend to our child’s needs. The food (steak and fish) were both excellent. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to have a large group. Food and service was exceptional. Staff all friendly and helpful.
Over priced food for small portions. Didn’t know what a whiskey sour was. Scrimped on bread. Failed on making basic kids Mac n cheese. You just expect more from a country club experience. Unlikely to return.

Buyer Beware: The food is definitely not worth the prices. There are much better choices for restaurants in the area. I had the chicken pot pie and it was not good. It looked appealing on the plate but upon closer inspection it was not good at all. There was hardly any chicken and the vegetables were clearly frozen and kind of mushy, the gravy was a gelatinous goo. Yuck! My husband had the Cobb salad and it too did not taste well. Also, there was a $23 up charge for a chicken add on to the salad!!!! The add-on was more than the price of an entire entree. We didn’t ask the prices so that was our fault but we definitely feel taken advantage of. On the good side, the manager did inquire about the pot pie and it was taken off the bill. We will not recommend this place to our friends or family. There are much better restaurants around the area, try those first.

This was private club the guard at the gate, the hostess or the waitress mentioned this until we had a drink and ordered. We then were asked to leave. Very poor experience and entirety unnecessary. Should not be listed on Goggle
